1. Agreement
By submitting or participating in a referral, you agree to these Referral Program Terms, our Privacy Policy and the applicable portions of our Terms of Service. The program is administered by Let Me Build Your Site.
2. Referrer eligibility
A referrer must be at least 18 years old, legally able to participate and able to receive a supported U.S.-dollar bank transfer. Employees and individuals directly responsible for sales on our behalf are not eligible unless we agree otherwise in writing. We may request information reasonably needed to verify identity, eligibility, payment instructions and compliance obligations.
3. What counts as a new referral
A qualifying referral must identify a real business or business owner who has not previously purchased from us, is not already in active discussions with us and was not submitted by another referrer first. The referred person must not be the referrer or a business controlled by the referrer.
The referrer must have permission to share the referred person’s contact information and must provide enough accurate information for us to identify and contact the prospect. Submitting a referral does not guarantee acceptance.
4. Duplicate referrals
If more than one person refers the same prospective client, the first complete eligible referral received and recorded by us receives the reward. We may use submission time, existing correspondence and reasonably available records to make a good-faith determination. One reward is available per new client, regardless of the number of contacts, websites or later projects.
5. Qualifying event
A referral qualifies only when the referred business signs or otherwise accepts a final website project agreement and the first required project payment has cleared. An inquiry, meeting, estimate, verbal interest or unpaid agreement does not qualify. The client must remain in good standing through any applicable cancellation, refund or payment-reversal period.
6. Reward and timing
The reward is $100 USD paid by bank transfer, not credit, a coupon or a discount. We will contact the eligible referrer for payment details and aim to send the reward within 30 calendar days after the qualifying event. Bank processing times are outside our control. The referrer is responsible for accurate payment information, bank fees and any taxes or reporting obligations that apply to the reward.
7. Honest promotion and required disclosure
Referrers must describe our services honestly and may not promise pricing, results, deadlines or terms on our behalf. When a referrer recommends us publicly, posts about us or otherwise makes an endorsement that may influence others, the referrer must clearly disclose the financial connection near the recommendation, for example: “I may receive $100 if you become a client.” The disclosure must be easy to notice and in the language of the recommendation.
8. Prohibited activity
No reward is available for spam, purchased or scraped leads, misleading claims, impersonation, fake identities, self-referrals, unlawful contact, paid search ads using our name, domain-name registration that imitates our brand, cookie stuffing or other manipulation. You may not present yourself as our employee, agent or authorized representative.
9. Disqualification and corrections
We may deny, hold or recover a reward when a referral is duplicate, ineligible, fraudulent, obtained through prohibited activity, canceled, refunded, charged back or based on materially inaccurate information. We will make eligibility decisions reasonably and in good faith. Clerical or payment errors may be corrected.
10. Program changes
We may modify, suspend or end the program at any time by updating these Terms. A complete eligible referral received before a change will be evaluated under the terms in effect when submitted, except where a change is required by law or needed to address fraud or abuse. No change eliminates a reward that already fully qualified.
11. Relationship, liability and contact
Participation does not create employment, partnership, agency, franchise or authority to bind Let Me Build Your Site. To the extent permitted by law, our maximum liability relating to a referral is the unpaid reward for that referral. Other limitations and dispute provisions in our Terms of Service apply.
