30 Days’ Written Notice
Cancellation requires 30 days’ written notice. Your subscription remains payable during that notice period.

Your domain and supplied content remain yours. Website source files are not included in the subscription.

Is $59 really the monthly price?
Yes. The standard plan costs $59/month and includes the listed website services. There is no separate setup or creation fee for a website within the standard scope. Optional services and projects outside that scope are quoted separately.
How many pages are included?
Your plan includes up to four custom-designed informational pages in English. Additional pages or advanced functionality can be discussed and quoted separately.
You can choose a website exclusively in another language without an English version, or add other language versions. A one-time $100 fee applies per non-English language, for any language, with the same scope of up to four informational pages.
Do I own my domain?
Yes. Your domain is registered in your name. While your subscription is active, we manage standard domain registration, renewal, and configuration. If you cancel, the domain can be transferred according to the applicable registrar requirements.
You can use your existing domain. Domain transfer is provided at no additional charge, subject to registrar requirements and restrictions. Configuration at the new provider and migration support are not included.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel by providing 30 days’ written notice. Your subscription remains payable during the notice period, and hosting and any purchased email service end when that period closes.

Can I update the website myself?
Our service is fully managed, so you don’t need to learn a website editor. Simply email your changes. Up to 30 minutes of small updates are included each month. Self-service CMS access is not part of the standard plan.
What happens to my website if I cancel?
Your domain and your own supplied content remain yours. The website itself is provided as a managed subscription, and its source files are not included. Hosting and any purchased email service end after the 30-day notice period.
Are there additional charges?
Only for optional services or requirements outside the standard plan, as confirmed before the additional work begins. Your base subscription includes the services listed above.
